week one/two
1. Good leaders have good character, enthusiasm, confidence, good morals, common sense, understanding of others and their needs, a sense of fairness, the ability to look at all sides of an argument.
2. My favorite super hero is Batman, even though he has no super powers. Batman is not afraid to take the blame for something that he didn’t do, for the good of Gothem City. He looks for the good in people, and isn’t afraid to stand up for what he believes in or what is right. A hero can be anyone who does extrodinary things that others are not willing to do themselves. They are willing to take risks, physically or mentally. A hero puts the needs of tothers before his own. A hero dosen’t accept compensation for his actions.
3. Beowulf is not really a book that i would read if it wasn’t required. i think it isn’t difficult to read, but it is to understand. The way they refer to people as so-and-so’s son and all that junk kinda confuses me. i think making a web for the characters and monsters and how they are all related to one another would help me get them straight.
